One of the many reasons I love drawing animals is that it takes me into a place of reflection about how remarkable they are. I find it fascinating that some humans have come to believe they are somehow superior to other animals. Humans have this need to manipulate and control their environment which has caused so much harm to this planet and other animals. I feel like some animals have this innate ability to accept the natural world the way it is.
