“This is all of the different parts of me flowing through my body, interweaving. The light coloursp are self-energy, and different colours represent different parts. At the start, I felt like there was a hole in my heart, so I felt I had to cut this part out. Then it felt more correct that it was in the pit of my stomach. Later, I drew a yellow color linking the heart to the stomach, making it flow more freely back to the heart.”
