Sephy the Fire Sprite and Ferris the Fairy

“Sephy was an extension of a drawing I had done previously and was now creating out of clay. The process was more deliberate and controlled despite working through a chaotic emotion (anger). I tried not to get frustrated with the “imperfections” and differences from the original drawing. But anger isn’t precisely as we wish it would be, we can only control it to the best of our ability,

Ferris was an organic creation. My hands molded him as I talked without any planning going in as to what he would be. He is plump and content as I imagine being at peace would be.”
