RE-ENTRY AFTER THE HOLIDAYS


Re-entry isn’t a switch - it’s a process.


It’s normal to notice:

• low energy

• difficulty concentrating

• social exhaustion

• tension in body or mind


Try giving yourself space to:

• rest when needed

• ease into tasks gradually

• notice what feels heavy and what is manageable

• prioritise small grounding moments
