“I’ve been working hard on a project at art therapy over the course of a couple of months, and that narrow focus each fortnight has shown me how much more creative energy I have left over. I’ve been trying to take more personal responsibility for creative time at home and it doesn’t matter to me much if the art is ‘good’ so long as it’s fun to do. So here’s some Creative Energy for the day!”
