National Reconciliation Week — 27 May to 3 June

Wearing yellow is a statement of solidarity with First Nations communities. It is a commitment to truth-telling, justice, and systemic change.

Yellow represents the sun—the centre of the Aboriginal flag—a symbol of strength, survival, and ongoing resistance.

Funds raised support Children’s Ground, a First Nations-led organisation creating long-term change through self-determined education, health, and community development.

This is not charity. It is solidarity.

This is not celebration. It is accountability.

This is not a moment. It is a movement.

Even the smallest donation counts:

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
