The Johari Window, created by Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, is a model that sheds light on different aspects of our personalities. It highlights the fact that there are certain parts of ourselves that we keep hidden from others, whether they are our deepest desires, hidden foibles, or simply things we haven’t had the chance to share yet. Additionally, there are aspects of ourselves that are visible to others but remain unseen by us, such as certain behaviors or traits. Lastly, there is our untapped potential, which remains unknown to both ourselves and others until life experiences bring it to light.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
