Eating Disorder Awareness Week 18–24 February 2026

This week is coming to an end, but the message remains.

Eating disorders can affect anyone and do not have a single appearance or story.

People of all body sizes, genders, sexualities, cultures, ages, and neurotypes can be affected.

Understanding, compassion, and access to support are important every day.

If food feels stressful, controlling, or overwhelming, you deserve care and support without shame.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
