"Dot paintings helps me connect to my indigenous ancestors"

The Hume Valley students have been on a journey to learn creative techniques to relieve their stress. This student found she felt very relaxed when she emerged herself into the dot painting process. She believes her Aboriginal background plays a massive part in why this is so.
