PMD Awareness Month, which began in 2013 as a way to raise awareness about PMDD, has now grown to include all premenstrual differences. Every April, we come together to increase understanding and support for Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME). Dealing with PMDD/PME often involves monitoring symptoms, seeking a diagnosis, finding a therapist, exploring treatments, and connecting with others in the community.

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
