2. Do not assume gender, sexuality or relationship structures, instead ask
3. Use inclusive language that conveys gender equality and is gender neutral
4. Do not expect anyone to educate you, instead take things to your supervisor
5. If you make a mistake, simply say sorry, correct it, and commit to doing better
