“This piece began in a staccato state of uncertainty after a client session. I started by making repetitive purple dots with paint markers, which helped shift me into a flow state. From there, a jellyfish emerged—its curved, wiggly lines drifting calmly among the dots. I added splashes of pink, mint green, and bright blue, evoking sunlight filtering through water. The process became soothing and reflective, transforming tension into a sense of calm and clarity.”

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land where I live and work, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. I acknowledge that this land was never ceded and always was, always will be Aboriginal land. I pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

I celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, age groups, spiritual beliefs, physical abilities and disabilities.
