The ‘Triflex’ is a diagram used in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). ACT helps people to change their relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings. It also assists folks to develop a new sense of self, as well as learning how to live in the present moment. ACT encourages people to take action, guided by living in line with their values, to create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
