SUPERVISION
Professional supervision is a collaborative, reflective process that supports ethical, sustainable and responsive practice. Individual supervision provides space to deepen self-awareness, strengthen therapeutic practice skills, explore challenges, and develop a practice that is aligned with your values.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, relational and grounded in liberatory and anti-oppressive practice. Together we can explore power, privilege and systemic influences, reflect on how these shape therapeutic relationships, and develop practices that are affirming, accountable and culturally responsive.
I also support practitioners to navigate therapeutic ruptures and repair processes, recognising that responding to ruptures with openness and accountability can deepen trust, strengthen therapeutic relationships and support growth for both practitioner and participant.
I bring extensive experience supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people and can help you create a more affirming and inclusive practice, particularly when working with trans, non-binary and gender diverse people, as well as others impacted by cisnormative assumptions and systemic barriers. I also offer supervision for practitioners with lived experience in these communities, creating space that honours both professional identity and lived expertise.

TESTIMONIALS
"It's just good to be able to put paint on a canvas without like, that internal editor/critic making a mess of my confidence and motivation. And it's great because I'm experimenting with techniques, refining others - having a huge amount of fun! - and just...creating art for the sake of it. Very freeing and I'm so grateful for you and the space to simply create without judgement!"
WREN D
"A genuine, empathic, caring person with a lovely manner that puts you instantly at ease. I would highly recommend Rae and Creating Wellbeing Melbourne to anyone, especially to those of neuro and/or gender diverse experience. Rae's understanding and friendly professionalism are pretty much second to none!"
